Doxey Capital LLC is a private investment and advisory services firm. Doxey Capital offers executive management, private investment, strategic planning, and transaction execution-related services to its clients.

Doxey Capital is led by its Founder, Jeff Gutke. Jeff is an executive with over 25 years of experience spanning private equity, structured finance, acquisitions and divestitures, investment banking, operations and engineering. He has significant experience in sourcing, structuring, executing, managing and exiting investments, having participated in billions of dollars of investments over several dozen transactions. Jeff has also served in multiple executive leadership capacities.

Prior to Doxey Capital, Jeff was a Managing Director at Talara Capital, where he served as a member of the firm's investment committee and as a partner of its first institutional private equity fund. Prior to joining Talara, Jeff worked at Denham Capital, J.M. Huber Corporation, and Aquila Energy Capital Corporation. Jeff also worked as an investment banker at Jefferies, and he began his career at ExxonMobil as an engineer.

Jeff earned a Bachelors in Science in Mechanical Engineering, Summa Cum Laude, from Brigham Young University and a Masters in Business Administration from Tulane University, where he graduated at the top of his class.
